The DMV Will Save Hip Hop (P-Town Edition Chapter II: Mouse aka El Waldorf Posterboy)

Okay sorry for the delay but this blog was supposed to be done yesterday but today was a real busy day and I haven't had a chance until today. I had work from 6 am to 2 pm then I had a football game at 5 but that's not the point of this blog..so sorry..lol

What I will talk about is Mouse aka the Posterboy from Waldorf, MD around the burbs..now most of you Hip Hop know it alls would say that being from the burbs wouldn't qualify u as a Hip Hop artist that could talk about anything relevant which is bullshit off break.

I mean shit can't blame a nigga starting from the bottom and making his way up but the truth of the matter is he doesn't deny where he's from and has a flow and swagg of his own..I mean a true DMW native to the core, basically his flow reminds u of the effortless cool guy as if this rap thing is just practice..aka anotha word for this is effortless but he does put in work so don't get it twisted

His style is his own wit a splash of Lupe but a laid back inner city flow..what I'm sayin is he is the King of The Burbs and will invade ya homes and take the city by storm.. And to take thIngs back in the day I still consider his mix with Raheem DeVaugn "Guess Who Loves You" is the Anthem for Maryland in general..basically what I am saying is that he is the Posterboy of the DMV and another artist I believe will save Hip Hop but what also is intersting is with all the seriousness he Is a clown and will keep u interested the entire time..B.P., Dj Uneek, Nando, Z. Gibson, Lyriciss and Cayan are other artist who surround Mouse as well and don't disapoint but I'm sorry if I didn't say much about them but I still need more..so plz hook a brotha up..I gotta a radio show in the fall and I'm lookin for music but anyway......

Chapter III and the last but not least of the three headed monster to save Hip Hop is Test from PG aka the burbs of DC and trust me PG burbs ain't no Mr. Rogers tie your shoes ain't no gun shots outside place..trust me..

The DMV Will Save Hip Hop (P-Town Edition Chapter I: Hunger Pain Musick)

Okay u guys might be wondering why I would chose the area of GoGo as the primary restorer of Hip Hop. Now most of yall would all scream out Wale! As the restorer of Hip Hop but I will say no to an extent cuz the dude is the truth. But the real truth of the matter is that he is just the guy that opens the door that brings in everyone else from the area...I mean off record, I find it funny that BET was original in Washington, D.C., a city not know for it's Hip Hop roots, yet as soon as it moved to New York they let it fall into corporate Americas hands..lol..Hip Hop ain't dead it just took a vacation in the wrong place and I honestly believe it belongs in the chocolate city..cuz in a city with true musicians who work on they craft instead of producers who sample on protools comes real artist who spit real Hip Hop with no female hook to sell b.s.

Now Wale is a great with the bars but is he the best in the area hands down because he has a recording contract..naw. He worked the hardest to get to this point which is true but the beauty of his dedication for so many years means that the younger generation won't need to be in there later 20's in search of a contract. With artist like Bay Newt, Syxx, Test and Mouse you bring a style from all different levels

With Newt and Syxx u bring a description on Washington D.C's inner city that has changed in years basically these are the babies that grew out of the Rayful era and who's message is clear and direct..With Syxx and Newt you get D.C's version of Trap Music aka Hunger Pain Musick that T.I shit but way more lyrical then when TI first started out..in my opnion they the hood's UGK slash Shook Ones Mobb Deep..u kind of feel if things pan out they not going anywhere for a while..tho they both differ.

Syxx seems more laid back like the delivery is easy. I mean the dude has a voice that u won't forget hence why the dude is the Voice of the Cap..What Syxx got is a old head flow not like some KRS1 philo shit but the voice make a nigga here it and respect it....it's the Voice of the Hood

But what seperates them is Newt's Reed Dollaz approach on the Mic slash Cassidy make a nigga wanna put a beat on. Shit! that kinda makes me wonder if niggas like Wale really wanna freestyle battle and fuck around Wale might get embarresed..lol (Wale I'm telling u now don't make that mistake)

Wifey Material..I guess???

Now for me to not sound a like a complete dick I beleive it was necessary to go back to my earlier forums on Facebook to get my point across..I went back into the files and I found the best possible forum that discussed my main objective in this blog..

Now the forum I chose had young females talk about an issue concerning a woman need for weakness so they can be needed? (very ridiculous) and I believe it was necessary to place a female who responded in the best possible way to the direction of this blog. Both females responded as such:

1. Some women have a savior complex. They want to be wanted and need to be needed. Men who are strong and responsible do not need them in the same all-encompassing way that men who are weak and irresponsible do because strong men are not looking for a woman to fix or complete them; they are looking for a woman to complement them and to accentuate their lives, not to BE their lives. Women who have a savior complex are often incomplete in themselves and, instead of dealing with their own personal issues, they look for men who need a lot of help and support so that they can direct their energies towards them instead of on working on themselves. When men and women understand that a relationship should consist of two whole people creating a union instead of two broke people stumbling into one, they will experience much more fulfilling and meaningful relationships in the future. Now this brings me to my topic at hand..Wifey Material???..when did it become fashionable for the "wifey" to be such a burden in the minds of some females or better yet why do females stress on the sentence that they are "Wifey Material"...I mean without me being bias the female response stated a sense of being wanted and needed. I believe it pathetic and genuine all at the same time. It's almost a cliche of "fools rush in love".

Now I'm not saying that their is a level of intelligence to relationships because the smartest man in the world could never rationalize something irrational that deals with our deepest human impulse. It just believe that insecurity is a cloak for some females.

The Wifey Material catch phrase is the weak mans attempt to be a pimp and at the same time if she is really strong the push that a "dumb nigga" needed. Now that's just a rarity if that situation is possible because the strong woman can sometimes be just as weak as the weak man thus ending up in a relationship longer then it needs to be.

Now could this be because of the "Independent" Word thrown around with the word "Woman" following it and some females use it as a means of empowerment when in actuality they are lying to themselves or the "Single Ladies" chant that asks for a ring but no substance. As if a ring fixes the real problem that you may have within. Personally I don't know..lol

But what I do know is that no female can be wifey material without a balance between both partners. Love is Innocence but a real Relationship is Maturity and to find real happiness you must encompass both. To be in love is innocent because it has no bias and is pure. I mean even a child can love without understanding it but to stay in love (maturity) their has to be a sense of growth within. If you cant mature then how can you really be "wifey" and how can you really take care of someone emotionally when you cant carry yourself in an emotional situation.

Hence why most females try their hardest to fix someone. Thinking they are "wifey" and then fail miserably. Continue to fix something that cant be fixed (men don't change understand that..we only adjust) Then expect attention after giving their all when trying to fix something was your downfall from the beginning

So what is they wifey?? Well to me the wifey is either a strong woman or an idiotic (dumb bitch..i said it) woman. Now most ladies will run to strong woman to define themselves which then confirms dumb bitch or delusional bitch. what ever is your cup of tea. Basically you can't be wifey material unless you engaged..lol..that simple. If you are not in a relationship or marriage that requires you to live together, pay rent together, hate each other, love each other on Tuesday through Thursday and sometimes on Saturday or ready to put up a lot of shit from your partner then go ahead and be wifey material and see how long you "think" you can survive. Because survival and sacrifice will be there and selfishness will get you no where.

So to all you "wifey" posers good luck and to the real Wives teach them how it is done..lol

Today's Blog is a forum style composition that will address the Hater and how it came to be. I will discuss these in four chapters:

1. What happen to a nigga just disliking you?
2. Qualifications to be hated on?
3. Why has the hater returned?
4. Finally, Proper Hating: A lost Art??

Chapter 1- That nigga is hating on me..um no he is not..lol:

Aight to fully understand hating we must first understand the difference...you remember the days when you were young...lets say 12-15 and u hated a "nigga" named..lets say John...example

"Fuck that nigga John..man that nigga is a lame ass puss bitch...if i see that nigga Ima slap em'...I swear if that nigga look at me again I'm going off on his ass...that nigga just annoy the shit out of me always got something to say"

Now did you catch the key words...you probably didn't because their were no key words to show hating....he simple dislikes Johnathan because he is a abrasive and annoying. So to silence Johnathan he must use physical violence to i.e shut his fuckin mouth.

Many people nowadays feel that someone is hating on them because they say shit..lmao...(WRONG!!) to really hate on someone you must bring up three key things in the sentence...bitches or men (for the ladies), money, more money, clothing, and network status.

"What happen to beating a nigga or bitches ass just because you didn't like them and because it was Friday and you knew this was your last chance before summer break"

Now if you don't qualify for these key hating marks then guess what you can not be hated on. Now we can say that they hate you unconsciously or we could say that you fabricated the word unconscious to create the hater

No matter how you cut it being hated on is probably 95% untrue...if your broke or i.e. a college student, a student or have financial issues that require you to be an "average" American no one can hate you..your just a regular nigga..lol

Wale!! on Review

I am a new blogger so I felt it was best to talk about what is current. I am a huge Hip Hop fan from La Ghostface and ODB (All of Wu-Tang..oh and don't forget RZA and da Chef).... to Black Moon down to Put it on Big L, Jay-Z, B.I.G, Nas, Black Thought (The Roots), Revenge of the Nerds Lupe, etc. and now DMV's own Wale!. Now I am not gonna lie I thought his new track with Lady Ga-Ga was alright and I don't like a new upcoming artist (who has been out for a while) to be just be aight.

Now a friend of mines (MoRain aka the Barber) said that Wale! was the next Jay-Z which is a strech but def. not far. His flow is diff. and requires at least 10 to 15 playbacks to understand his message which automatically gives his metaphors depth that most can't understand. Which once again gives him praise but I am sorry I cant say I vibe the first release (Sorry DMV). It may be the fact that I just want more.

If we compare Jay-Z and Wale! I def. know that Wales!'s new song with Lady Ga-Ga doesn't compare to Jay-Z's first song "Dead Presidents" (on Reasonable Doubt..his first track was "In my Lifetime" but what do we really remeber at 7..lol).

Now I understand you want to sell to mainstream America but my only question is how will Wale! stack up to Jay-Z first four singles. Can we compare "Dead Presidents", "Ain't No Nigga", "Can't Knock the Hustle" and "Feelin' It" at this point and time?..IDK

Now his Mixtapes are not a disappointment (They are mixtape classics...I am talking bout Revenge of the Nerds Lupe before the Food & Liquor) and most of the tracks should have been on the radio years ago. I mean "Paint a Picture", "Hate Is the New Love", '100 Miles & Runnin" and recently "The Mixtape About Nothing". and hopefully 'Back to the Feature" are all mixtapes that need to be heard (Yeah that was a plug..lol)

Basically what I am saying is Wale is the future no offense to Charles Hamilton or Asher Roth and the others on da XXL cover cuz you all crank but longevity is the overall question. what is your message after the first single.

Pretty much Wale! stay DMV aight. And give us the truth on the female perspective "Even if its Wrong" or inform us of the depth in a shoe i.e. Nike Boots i.e. one people one mental--

Blogging??..way deeper than Face-Space

Okay this is my first time blogging so I'm just gonna give my personal belief on blogging..(FYI I am a hypocrite so if you call me a hypocrite I already know..I address my flaws).. I was convinced by my friend to create a blog because supposedly I have great advice but honestly I am just an opinionated ass hole with incredible self esteem ( thanks mom).

Anyway I really believe that if this isn't a public diary so people can comment and make you feel as though your writing skills compare to Steven King then chances are your a passive aggressive puss expressing your views in a rhetorical fashion that creates suspense and drama in your lame life (I told you I was an a-hole). But since I am blogging I would def. fill one of those two categories (Steven King most def..lol..I'm not a puss trust me).

Basically my question is why do we blog? why do we post a status on facebook, myspace or w.e.?

I mean are we fascinated with ourselves or is the third person that great. I mean let me be honest I love to narrate my life. I am single being an attention whore is my job in this state. But is all these sites and blogs just pointing out the obvious...(INSECURE)..okay I mean you post a new status everyday to tell people that you exist or your that little kid screaming "LOOK AT ME!!" in a subtle tone. Yes its cool but lets get deeper y'all...

I'm not saying get rid of facebook or myspace or that maybe you should think deeper in life because I think that leads into become a know it all but no nothing dick...What I am saying is just ask a question about what you do in your everyday life and roll with it. take that answer and see what makes you "you"...trust me it makes you love yourself more but yea I done..enjoy the first blog I guess..
